Sir Cumference and the First Round Table (A Math Adventure)

I would call this book a mathematically educational story book. In the book Sir Cumference, his wife the Lady Di of Ameter, and their son Radius have to solve the problems of the king's table. Initially the table is too long. Then the table has too few sides, other shapes have different problems. Eventually they settle on a round table. Cute book that helps young kids to learn basic shapes and geometric terms.

This book is a great introduction to fractions. The colorful practical examples do a great job of explaining both equivalent and adding fractions. Kids love the pizza math.
